Information you should know... Boot Camp has started and YOU CAN JOIN AT ANYTIME!!!.
Everybody is welcome to attend our Outdoor Boot Camp classes which are held in Van Eps Park which is located just across Dakota Avenue, west of 24 / 7 Fitness Club.
Don't wait for summer to come and go... get swim suit ready now!  We are currently taking registrations.  Reserve your spot now!
Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:00am of each week.  Classes are 1 hour in length.  Just pre-register @ 24/7 Fitness Club for your 4 or 8 week session.  Fitness club membership not required.  
This program includes extensive cardiovascular training and body weight training.  Our Boot Camp is designed to push every trainee to their own personal limits to achieve maximum results!  24/7 Fitness Club uses creative measures when designing their Boot Camp workouts.  Our Boot Camp is instructed by an Exercise Specialist who has extensive experience in training as well as a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science.  During each session trainees will be performing endurance exercises, body weight exercises and abdominal / core routines that are sure to shape you up and increase your overall fitness level!  Nutritional guidance and tips are also offered to Boot Camp trainees.
Although our Boot Camp is designed to be challenging, we also recognize that every person is different.  We are 100% satisfied with your personal best effort!  Our Boot Camp is for people of all fitness levels.
